With careful planning and execution we were able to achieve the clients' wishes for more bedrooms including an ensuite off the master bedroom, an open concept main floor with a beautiful new kitchen. All new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and insulation gave the clients all the conveniences of a brand new home in their 100+ year old building. 2 ¾” oak hardwood floors complement the warmth of the new all wood windows and doors this home deserves. The fully restored main staircase is a beautiful ode to the craftsmen who originally built it. Custom built cabinetry lines the house from the mudroom, to kitchen, to bedroom closets allowing for the much-requested storage by the clients. The clients are able to enjoy their over 800 sq. ft. of porch spaces thanks to the rebuild and restoration of the front porch and new addition of the back porch overlooking the beautiful landscape of their backyard. Updated siding carefully matched with the details of the restored front porch is an inviting addition to all that visit.
